Lee Fisher and his family moved from Lancaster co. PA to Central TX in 1997. Lee and his wife Sadie were interested in providing for the growing needs of their young family. Their goal of having a job close to home was something they had always dreamed of. Because of high property values and crowded neighborhoods on their hometown, they began to search for cheaper land and open country. Their search ended in Lott TX with an 11 acre homestead. |

In Nov. 1997 Lee with the help of one employee, Kevin Mullet, built their first structure. Today the business has expanded to 4 full time employees along with sons Merle and Josiah (when not in school). Their oldest daughter Cynthia manages the office along with doing the secretarial work. |
| The Fishers are a part of the Mennonite community in Lott. Christian principals such as honesty, integrity and doing the job right the first time are not just a part of “church” they also make them a part of their everyday work ethic. |  |

Lone Star Structures has earned a reputation of having top quality workmanship. They are known their small rural community where they reside, to be friendly, helpful, and a blessing to their neighbors. |
| In December 2004, Lone Star Structures opened a retail location in Temple. This outlet is conveniently located off I-35 in the Temple-Belton area. Mervin Lantz is the salesperson at this location. |  |

In the summer of 2005, construction began on a new 14,000 sq. ft. facility. This was completed and moved into January 2006. The old building was converted onto warehouse and lumber storage. |
