Rent to own was established as an alternative to rental units. Our RTO plan allows you to have to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. Sixty percent of each payment applies toward the purchase price if you decide to buy.
All that is required is an initial payment equal to two months rent plus the first months rent and we deliver the building to your location (with-n 50 miles of our location in Lott). Further than 50 miles we may require a larger initial payment.
Credit is not required in order for you to be able to rent the building. If at any time the building becomes a financial burden, or you move and no longer need it, simply give us a call and pay the rent through the day the building is picked up by us. Your last months goes toward the pickup cost. As long as there are no delinquent payments, you credit will remain untarnished.
Rent-to-own has several advantages compared to conventional bank financing. Most people actually find the Rent-to-own less expensive if they pay their building off in the first half of the thirty six month contract. With conventional financing, your early payments are applied mostly to interest, with principal reduction mainly toward the end of the contract.
The payments are due on the first of every month. If the building is delivered before the 15th of the current month, the next month due is the following month. If the building is delivered after the 15th of the current month, the next month due is not the following month, but the next.
Rent-to-own is designed for storage purposes only. Playhouses, The Office Style, and 16’ wide buildings are not eligible for Rent-to-own. Rent-to-own is also not available if the building is to be used for living quarters.
We encourage our customers to payoff early if financially possible. There are no early payoff penalties. If you payoff early you get a 40% discount off the remaining contract balance (total contract amount equals the monthly payments x 36 months).
