Nearly all of our storage buildings are eligible for our Rent-to-own program. The rent-to-own program is intended for storage purposes only.
2. Pay an initial deposit.
To get started, we ask for the first month’s rent, a security deposit and any applicable fees.
3. Make your monthly payments as scheduled.
Your first payment is due within 30 days of delivery.
4. Pay off your building early.
We encourage customers to pay off their building early if it’s financially possible. In fact, there are no early payoff penalties. You could save up to 40% off the remaining contract balance by paying it off early. Just contact us to get your payoff amount!
Frequently Asked Questions About Rent To own
Do all your buildings qualify for rent to own?
Rent to own is designed to be used for general storage and most of our sheds qualify. Exceptions include buildings that cannot be delivered as a complete unit, buildings that have bathrooms and chicken tractors.
What is the interest rate?
Rent to own is a rental program and does not function the same as a traditional loan. While there is no interest, the monthly payment does include a rental fee. Rental rates depend on the length of the agreement.
When is my first payment due?
Your first rental payment is due within 30 days of delivery of the unit to your property.
Is there a credit check?
There is no credit check with rent to own.
Where is Rent to own available?
Rent to own is available within 200 miles of Lott, TX.
How can I get started?
An initial payment of the first month’s rent, a security deposit and any applicable fees (i.e. mileage) along with the required paperwork are needed to get started.
Can I pay off early?
Yes! There are no penalties to payoff early and early payoffs will not pay the full contract value. Payoff amounts are discounted by a percentage (depending on contract length) and are based on the remaining balance of the contract value.
Can I pay extra every month to lower my payoff?
As with most rental agreements, paying an additional amount every month will only pay advance rent. To take full advantage of the early payoff option, make your payoff payment when you can pay the full amount.
Do you offer 90 days same as cash?
We have a 90-day same-as-cash option available. Not all models qualify.
Do you charge a convenience fee if I use a credit card to make my monthly payment?
No, we do not add a convenience fee if you use a credit card to make your monthly payment.
